Why am I being asked for an enrollment key?

An enrollment key is used when an instructor has given people directions on how to get into their class. Some people are asked to create their own user accounts on this web site and enter a class with an enrollment key. If you were not given instruction to do this, chances are an account was already set up for you.

If you are an Indiana school bus driver and you are here to renew your certification, an account was already set up for you. Your login is your Driver ID number (the part before the dash) and the general class password "changeme". Use lower-case letters. Once you log in, you'll be asked to change your password, update your profile and then you will be allowed to start the class.

If you followed the procedure above and you still can't access the class, chances are you mistyped your driver ID number (perhaps you typed the letter O in place of the number 0) or your driver ID number changed because you moved or have a new employer. Please do not call or email IDOE - consult with your transportation director for specific instructions and your correct driver ID number.
