Many documents in our courses require the free Adobe Reader. We chose this format because the documents maintain their original format yet can be read on any computer platform. If the Adobe Reader is missing from your computer, you'll most likely receive an error message, or the test document will simply be downloaded to your "Downloads" folder with a blank icon. Please make sure to install the Adobe Reader for any computer on which your users will be accessing this site.

If you are sure the Adobe Reader is installed, please make sure it's the latest version and that is was installed correctly. If you get a "Color Space" or "Font will not display" error, chances are the installation was done incorrectly. Yes, is is possible to install the Adobe Reader incorrectly. It's a good idea to uninstall the old one, reboot, then install the new version.

Make sure you do not have multiple installed versions of Adobe Reader.
